What’s New for year 2
- Secure online application portal
- Real-time status updates and notifications
- Eligibility verification and verification of hours take place simultaneously
- Eligibility decisions for all applicants sent simultaneously
- One single payment per successful applicant (early 2026)
- Clear and timely appeal process for ineligible applicants
