- Non-Indigenous news outlets: September 19 – October 14, 2025
- Indigenous news outlets: October 3 – October 28, 2025

- Eligibility verification and verification of hours take place simultaneously
- Eligibility decisions for all applicants sent simultaneously
- One single payment per successful applicant (early 2026)
